It has been our experience, the XM series of ammunition, though it may meet civilian standards for resale, has been extremely varied in its performance and importantly the Quality Assurance data for each Lot to understand why it failed to meet the Mil-spec is generally not available. One lot maybe rejected for lack of proper marking and function per the specification and another Lot may be substantially off in the muzzle velocity. We can not pass that on to our clients who are supporting the Nations War-Fighters!
